Jump in on a dry run and connect with a new community!
Welcome to The Dry Run Club. Way to go for taking the first step!
The Dry Run Club is a Collingwood-based running club for sober, soberish, and sober curious runners. We offer accountability runs, sobriety-related resources, and mental and physical wellness inspiration.
Experiencing natural highs and reclaiming social spaces - the club also offers a variety of social gatherings centered around building community and enjoying another type of fun.
The first Operation Love Yourself workshop is officially launching — just in time for spring.
This supportive wellness experience invites participants to slow down, reflect honestly, and reconnect with what truly supports them. Through guided reflection, movement, and conversation, you’ll create a realistic movement plan and set achievable, sustainable wellness goals grounded in self‑compassion — not pressure.
The workshop is co‑facilitated by Kelly O’Neil, Founder of the Dry Run Club, and Miranda Donald, a qualified Personal Development Coach. Together, they bring a grounded, practical approach to habit change that emphasizes awareness, choice, and realistic progress.
