No matter where you’re at, it’s a start. Set your own pace, our club welcomes all levels of fitness. Walking is always welcome!
The distance is up to you. Available route options are 2.5, 5, and 10 km. Bail-out points are on all routes. Use our Strava page to follow the route or run virtually or map your run.
We run on gravel trails, roadside, and on sidewalks. The Georgian Trail (and side loops) are utilized for lower-impact jogs.

Insurance for all running clubs in Ontario is covered by Athletics Ontario. As such, all members must register separately with Athletics Ontario. There is a small fee ($15.00). You will receive a follow-up email in the coming days with instructions to register. Thank you.
