Step 2: Set Your Daily Commitment
Abstain from alcohol (or reduce significantly) and commit to this wellness challenge. Move your body (any amount counts) and take the time to reflect in your Dry Run Club journal (digital or printed), which serves as great journaling support.
Step 3: Track in Your Journal
Record your movement time (mins or kms), how you felt (mood, cravings, energy, sleep), and note one small win or insight that contributes to your personal growth.
Step 4: Finish & Share on Socials
Share a heart‑hands photo along with one takeaway from your experience. Tag and hashtag so we can count your days and cheer you on in your wellness challenge.
How We Celebrate Together
At the end of your challenge, post a photo of your hands shaped like a heart and share what you’re taking away. We’ll tally our community’s total alcohol‑free days and celebrate every single one, emphasizing the collective growth we achieve together.
