Start your challenge

Step 1 Claim Your Badge


  • We’ll send your digital badge (10‑ or 30‑day) in a welcome email.
  • Post it to mark your start and invite friends.


Step 2 Set Your Daily Commitment


  1. Abstain from alcohol (or reduce significantly)
  2. Move your body (any amount counts)
  3. Reflect in your Dry Run Club journal (digital or printed)


Step 3 Track in Your Journal


  • Movement time (mins or kms)
  • How you felt (mood, cravings, energy, sleep)
  • One small win or insight


Step 4 Finish & Share on Socials


  • Heart‑hands photo + one takeaway
  • Tag and hashtag so we can count your days and cheer you on


How We Celebrate Together
At the end of your challenge, post a photo of your hands shaped like a heart and share what you’re taking away. We’ll tally our community’s total alcohol‑free days and celebrate every single one.
