Operation Love Yourself

It starts with loving yourself

Operation Love Yourself is a community wellness challenge that helps you reset, reconnect, and feel proud of the steps you’re taking toward healthier, more intentional living. Through daily movement, accountability, and alcohol‑free (or reduced‑alcohol) living, you’ll build habits that support mental clarity, physical health, and emotional well‑being.

We’re grateful to share Operation Love Yourself with our community. This project is made possible by the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital Foundation’s Wellness Innovation Fund, a seed fund that supports innovative initiatives enhancing wellness across South Georgian Bay.

What You’ll Get

  • A digital badge (10‑day or 30‑day) to share on socials
  • A digital or printed journal to track your journey
  • A supportive community that celebrates your wins

Why This Matters

  • Build sustainable habits through small, daily actions
  • Experience more energy, better sleep, and mental clarity
  • Reduce stigma: changing your relationship with alcohol is something to be proud of!
  • Optionally apply the challenge to other substances (e.g., marijuana) if that’s your personal focus

Choose Your Challenge

  • 10 Days — a focused reset
  • 30 Days — a deeper habit shift

How We Celebrate Together
At the end of your challenge, post a photo of your hands shaped like a heart and share what you’re taking away. We’ll tally our community’s total alcohol‑free days and celebrate every single one.

*Included for Dry Run Club runners for a limited time.

Lasting, resilient confidence isn't rooted in our achievements, it comes from something deeper: clarity of purpose. When you understand your unique strengths and values, and make choices that align with them, you can feel confident even when you're struggling. Simple, but not always easy.
In this 50-minute coaching session, you'll explore an area of your life where you’d like to cultivate a more resilient confidence. Miranda will guide you through a reflective exercise to help you reconnect with what matters most.
